Project Management

Through effective project management, we'll show you how to achieve high quality and timely delivery. Our team will help you overcome the complex organisational challenges inherent in realizing your overall vision. Our integrated approach to planning, monitoring, adjustment and control will help you manage budgets, time and resources.

Key activities

·    Collection and analysis of project information

·    Formation of the project team comprising the client's experts, PWP consultants and third party experts (The project manager is a PWP consultant)

·    The project team plans the preparation of the project and presents it to the client

·    Active management of the project, with strict observation of the time schedule and the budget

·    Preparation of the final report and presentation to the management

Practical end-results

·    Project is delivered successfully, enabling you to achieve agreed upon objectives

·    The tasks ensuring the project's further development have been identified and delegated

·    Risks are identified and managed

·    Savings on time and cost

Project management should be delegated to PW Partners in cases when:

·    Professional management is vital and all obstacles must be overcome as fast as possible (PWP consultants have extensive management experience with a vast support network)

·    Impartial management is important

·    Employing new staff to manage the project is costly and time-consuming

(There is no guarantee that the right person will be found or whether the new person must be trained, thus delaying accomplishment. PWP consultants are up to speed quickly and the consultants' fee is comparable to the cost of an experienced project manager. And just as you avoid the search for qualified personnel, you also avoid termination issues as well, as the relationship with the consultant is ended easily.)

Instead of being the project manager, a consultant may participate in the team as an impartial expert giving advice.
