The aim of management support is to reduce the load of the management and to supplement management temporarily with the consultant’s know-how.
Key activities
· Participation, either by a consultant's advisory vote or as one of the managers (temporary), in management meetings and in working teams
· Constant analysis of the corporate situation including proposals in the area of management and development
· Managing the organization to flourish during restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and downsizing to successfully accomplish business goals
· Team-building to optimise the achievement of both business and personal goals
The owners of the company and/or the management should use management support when:
· Impartial opinion should be used in the management process. The private interests or relationships of any of the parties do not affect PWP consultants. Our performance is purely result-oriented.
· It is vital to see the "overall picture" and not be influenced by day-to-day working in the company
· Professional management and overcoming all obstacles quickly is imperative
