PW Partners uses a developmental approach to performance appraisal that regards employees as individuals. This approach leverages performance appraisal as a contributor to employee motivation, development, and human resources planning.
Key activities
· Evaluate the staff members’ professional and individual development during the previous working period
· Discuss the staff member's and the manager's mutual expectations
· Prepare together plans for the next period
Practical end-results
· Employees are evaluated according to a uniform methodology that facilitates the formation of a clear picture of the competency, capability, expectations and ambitions of the staff of the company
· Ability to identify the pool of potential managers
· Individual development plans are prepared for each staff member, on which basis employees are trained and developed across the company
Performance Appraisal Interviews should be conducted by consultants when:
- An impartial evaluator is needed
- Managers do not have enough time to execute it (3-4 hours per person, preparation and recording included)
- Managers lack the relevant experience or methodology
Our consultants will provide the client with the professional methodology, materials and knowledge, which remain in the company and can be used in the future.
