When representing the interests of either an Estonian or a foreign company, PWP acts within the limits of the authority given by the client.
PWP's activities may range through the following:
· Setting up a company in Estonia (legal procedures and organisational work, including search for premises and personnel), negotiating with the local partners, checking on the background of a local company, observing their operation and providing the client with information
· Performing transactions on behalf of an Estonian or foreign company
· Forming a broker contract for purchasing a product or service for a foreign company in Estonia, and vice versa, defending the rights of the client as much as possible (if necessary, prepares and concludes the contract, checks the quality of the products and contributes in every possible way to the success of the transaction)
· PWP provides assistance abroad to Estonian companies through the network of their foreign partners
