The methodology applied by PWP consultants is easy to understand and easy to implement. It has been developed through PWP's business practice and is based on Estonian and international experience.

The documents drawn up by PWP consultants can serve as practical instruments to be used in the company's daily activities. Attention is focused on the presentation of analysis, conclusions and concrete recommendations, helping to prepare a transparent action plan for further development. PWP consultants are practitioners whose performance is based on the principle that the end result must be of high quality and guarantee the client's satisfaction.

Our consultants are prepared to offer their assistance in project application and implementation, therefore allowing the staff to focus on their primary responsibilities. The consultants take no strategic initiative on their own - all the solutions, decisions and changes are first co-ordinated with the client management.

As a member of numerous international organisations, PWP can also involve foreign experts in large undertakings, if necessary.

In our work the consultants rely on their previous knowledge and practical experience gained in Estonia, North-America, Western Europe and the former Soviet Republics.

The remuneration payable to PWP consultants is based on fixed hourly rates, but in case of a particular project it is useful for the client to agree upon a project price.
